Wild Meadow Wedding

Rozlyn and Andrew are married! The celebration of their love took place in a beautiful traditional orthodox ceremony, touched by unique details, such as the beautiful wildflower design stitched into the bride's dress. I have personally known Rozlyn for over 10 years, and I can honestly say that it did not shock me in the slightest to hear her plans for her wedding day. It was so beautifully true to who she is.

While welcoming her fiancee's religion and tradition through the marriage ceremony, Roz's personality shone, not only through her dress, but through her casual, warm and inviting reception, featuring the Iris Moon Signature Collection - Wild Meadow.

This signature collection backdrop was curated and inspired by Rozlyn herself, who has always exemplified warmth, calm and wild (contradictory, I know), in the sense that she just goes to the beat of her own drum and blooms where she wishes.

This design incorporates a multitude of bright, multi-coloured florals, toned down by the warm and neutral pampas grass, hay and wheat. The colours chosen for the drapery, a steely blue and champagne, are meant to represent the summer sky as it approaches sunset, where the sky is still blue, but the clouds just barely start to take on a fiery hue.

I am always honoured to be asked to participate in people's special day in any way big or small. It brings me even more joy when it is for a loved one. I hope that Rozlyn and Andrew are able to look back on these photos and continue to love them for years to come.
